Gema©k mortar processing system is used in Wommels (Fr.) at the new build house with lime mortar facade of Daas Baksteen 50mm renovation bricks. The 50mm renovation bricks are 50% lighter than normaly used bricks thick 100mm.

Gema©k has improved the DrySawSuctionCombi and augmented with a dust for separator. At the exhaust opening of the rock cutting machine is an extra stainless steel exhaust application created, so that still eludes the less dust extraction.
Also there is build an 30 ltr. dust for separator on the DrySawSuctionCombi. As a result, about 80% of extracted dust collected in the separator, the dust filter bag remains as clean longer and becomes much less.
